We have an in-house lender relations team whose sole focus is mapping the national and regional lender landscape. They meet with lenders all day every day to collect program data and understand their investment priorities. Insights from these conversations, combined with actual transactional data, are then used to build lender profiles and power our matching algorithm.
We charge a small success based fee which is due at closing and can be adding to closing costs.
