Mr. Bedi will help lead the growth for Lev's commercial brokerage business including deal generation and execution, recruitment, and training.
Mr. Bedi has extensive experience in all aspects of obtaining debt and equity financing for commercial real estate developers and owners. He has been involved in complex institutional deals across all loan types with a focus on land acquisition, ground-up construction, bridge-to-stabilization, condo-inventory, balance sheet loans, and CMBS financing.
Prior to joining Lev, Mr. Bedi handled complex institutional deals as VP of Origination & Execution at Maverick CP; executing over $4.5 billion of debt and equity transactions. He has been involved in structuring deals throughout the capital stack and across all property types including multifamily, condos, mixed-use, office, retail, hotel, data center and self-storage facility.
