I love real estate! And I love solving challenging technical problems! When I started conversations with Lev, I was super excited by the possibility of combining the two: solving challenging problems while working to fundamentally change commercial real estate.
From my first conversations with the team I was struck by how the opportunity at hand seemed to engender this same sense of purpose and passion in my colleagues. Since joining, that intuition has been confirmed many times over by the generosity of spirit, brilliance, and energy of the team.
Since my first day at Lev what stuck out to me was how much each person cares about the success of everyone else. It’s really refreshing.
I'm energized by the focus the team has around becoming better everyday, with clear and productive feedback, doing great work and also giving back to our communities.
It was amazing to see some colleagues even help me start a non-profit for a cause I've been passionate about, even though it's "unrelated" to work.
